ETI produces one of the broadest ranges of graduated compression products in the world, including anti-embolism stockings, sheer products, surgical weight stockings and a variety of men’s and women’s medical compression socks, all across multiple compression levels. We're also designing new products every day. Working closely with our distributors, our expert designers help brands develop new products to help them differentiate themselves in an ever-changing market. And our expertise helps them bring new ideas to market quickly!

The ETI manufacturing facility is located in Asheboro, NC. Our facility is over 115,000 square feet and boasts over 200 knitting machines and over 75 sewing machines. We offer full turnkey solutions. From concept and design through manufacturing and including customized packaging. As the largest compression wear manufacturer in the U.S., ETI has the manufacturing capacity to take on even the largest projects and deliver excellent service.
